Cornish Crabber 24
** Price Reduced**
Embleton is a very modern boat but with a traditional appearance.
A 1999 Cornish Crabber 24, she has tan sails and factory fitted beaching legs. With a draft of just 3’6” this makes her ideal for the Forth. The legs can be used on hard sand or for when ashore in the yard. This is the Bermudan cutter version which sails better than the gaffers but are less frequently on the second hand market. She therefore represents a solid opportunity for someone looking for a traditional styled sailing yacht. With her long keel she has good sea manners plus modern accommodation with berths for 5 in one cabin. Crabbers also have a superb reputation.
Length 24’6” + retractable bowsprit.
Ready to sail, Embleton is currently afloat at Granton.
Priced to sell at £28,000

The Invicta is a sturdy seakindly boat that will take you just about anywhere. She has a long keel, a draft of 1.2m and displacement of 2.3 tons (45% ballast ratio)
A rare opportunity to own one of these roomy little yachts. 23ft long with a wind up keel so she can take the ground.
9hp Volvo Penta engine which is younger than the 1970 of her hull.
Her below decks accommodation is more spacious than her length suggests. Reasonable headroom also - 5ft 6ins. Separated and discreet heads - handy for those of us with a genteel disposition!
Useable and roomy galley and sink. Recent upholstery.
ARIES has a good 4-wheeled and braked trailer which allows her to be towed by a long wheelbase Land Rover or equivalent.
Humorously labelled as a 5 berth and indeed there is room for 5 sleeping combinations although the optimum is for 3 - pointy end , saloon and starboard quarter berth. All with plenty of length.
Presently on B46 at Port Edgar until mid September after which ARIES may be viewed on the hard at North Queensferry Boat Club. A friendly member could probably point her out, especially at the weekend.
